Using Microcode Studio /with PB3 pro and a U2 Pic Programmer This is a Data over Power Project. currenly using it on my Addressable yard lights This System works on AC and DC power. ook power is adjustable up to 8 volts pp This Project has Different Modes like pre set color and color patterns, or smooth cycling through colors. LM2596 Buck Device This is the chip i ended up using to power my Addressable yard lights I Started with the ZUKEO Brand from China. The internal Power Supply was week and short lived at best. So I used LM2596 chip to give me 6 VDC at 1 Amp as it worked very well. Transmitter: Using a Pic micro controller Pic16F88 @8 Mhz using a Rotory Encoder For Selecting Address, Mode, R, G, B I also built an Android App for Blue Tooth to do what the Rotory Encoder does. (one day ill try to use a RTC to use a calendar for scheduling events.) I set one of the pins to output a clock Freq of about 2 MHZ then used a Transistor Modulate Serial Data at the 2 Mhz Freq. to make my ook signal. It seems to work very well. Reciever: I used a Pic16F1503 micro controller that has 4 PWM ports The Reciever Boards use 3 of the PWM ports to drive the RGB LED's Data is sent using ook, Led's for color and Brightness. Sending (Address, Mode, R, G, B) Currently I can address 100 devices. Demod: The ook signal is strong enough to saturate a Transistor through a small Capacitor and a couple 1N34 diodes on the Base. this gave me the Demodulated Data For the Pic to read (Address, Mode, R, G, B) I used a 33uh inductor to filter out the ook from the Power Source.
